Business Consulting
about me,
my name is Ursula Teubert
I am a tri-lingual (DE, EN, FR) independent consultant and innovation strategist with an mechanical engineering background (MSc) and an Executive MBA (INSEAD). For over 25 years, I have advised companies, start-ups, investors, and public institutions on turning complex technological and societal challenges into clear, actionable decisions. I have worked internationally and consulted with companies as Peugeot-Citroen, Nissan, Sanden, Altran, Ingersoll Rand, Renault, ABB, Zehnder.
I serve as an Innosuisse expert reviewer, the Swiss national agency for supporting science‑based start-ups and innovation projects, lecture on critical and creative thinking at the Institute for Competitive Intelligence and other academic settings, and apply collective intelligence methods to sustainable innovation and competitive insight. My consulting work builds on deep experience in R&D leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and translating complexity into decision-ready clarity.
My entrepreneurial mindset is rooted in early leadership roles and a systems perspective inspired by permaculture and circular thinking, shaping how I design pragmatic, human-centered solutions.
On a personal level, I am the mother of a wonderful teenager and in my free time, I enjoy playing and listening to classical music, spending time in nature, and pursuing my passion for horseback riding.
